  • Yes, a valid medical Cannabis prescription is required to access and purchase products on the platform. You can either have your current medical supplier fax over your original script, or you can book a consultation with one of our licensed Healthcare Professionals to obtain one.

  • Once completing your membership, you can book an appointment with one of our healthcare providers directly through the complete your membership form. The healthcare provider will assess your medical needs and provide guidance on medical Cannabis usage before ordering if needed.

  • Yes, the amount of Cannabis you can order is determined by your prescription and Health Canada guidelines.

    Maximum you can purchase in one month is 150G of Dried Flower or it’s equivalent in extracts or edibles.

  • Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1-5 business days for your products to be delivered, depending on your location.

  • Yes, once your order is processed, you’ll receive tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

  • If you wish to use a different address, we will require additional documentation to prove residency or authorization for that new shipping address.

  • We’re committed to reducing the cost burden for our medical club members by covering up to 50% of shipping fees on regular orders and offering a flat shipping rate of $9.99 on all regular orders!

For example, if your prescription allows for 2 grams per day, you can allocate 1 gram to one provider and 1 gram to another. This flexibility allows you to access products from different suppliers while staying within your prescribed limits.
